REP/1 Application – These Tuckaway tail-lifts are ideal for distribution and vehicle rental companies, for vehicles where the maximum variable use is needed and/or vehicles for dock loading. REP 15/1 is light and compact and recommended for vehicles weighing more than 7 tons.

MECHANICAL FUNCTIONS

- Assisted opening of the platform.

- Automatic mechanical tilt of the platform to ground.

- Manually adjustable platform angle.

- Tail-lift with 4 piece rear bumper already factory-welded on the main assembly of the tail-lift

(on demand).

- Rear bumper bolted to tile arms (as standard).

- Anti-friction self-lubricating bushes and chrome-plated pins.

HYDRAULIC CHARACTERISTICS

- Compact hydraulic group with security seal.

- 1 single-acting lift cylinder with lubrication.

- Built-in safety solenoid valves on the cylinder.

- Tank with air filter.

- Chrome-plated steel cylinder rods with high yield with rubber gaiters.

- Flow adjusters compensated on downward movements.

CONTROLS

- Waterproof external control box fixed to the body.

- Control with no electronic components, illuminated for night use.

- Battery isolator with key.

- Two-hand use for operator’s safety.

- Motor with thermal safety device.

- Motor relay with 350 A silver pin (peak current).

ARM

- Available with one type of arm.

- REP 15/1: distance between centers is 24 3/8”.

ASSEMBLY

- Bolted assembly plates (on demand).

- Plates to be welded by the assembler (on demand).

PRODUCT FINISHING

- Finish painted.

- Material conforms to EC standards.

- Chrome-plated steel pins and self-lubricating bushes.

REP/2 /4 Application – These Tuckaway tail-lifts are ideal for distribution and vehicle rental companies, for vehicles where the maximum variable use is needed and/or vehicles for dock loading. REP/2 and REP/4 are recommended for bodies with flush doors, heavy duty vehicles and semitrailers.

REP LR Application – These Tuckaway tail-lifts are ideal for distribution and vehicle rental companies, for vehicles where the maximum variable use is needed and/or vehicles for dock loading. REP 05 LR is very light and compact, suitable for smaller vehicles from 3.5 to 7 tons. REP 11 LR is recommended for vehicles weighing more than 7 tons.
