Platform will not close, motor does not run.  

Possible Cause #1 Circuit breaker tripped.
Action -

Reset circuit breaker.

(Diagnosis time - 0 / Repair time - 0 ).

Part Numbers - A-150495 Circuit breaker
Possible Cause #2 In line fuse blown
Action -

Replace fuse with ATO or ATC (10 Amp fuse)

(Diagnosis time - 0 / Repair time - 0 ).

Possible Cause #3 Defective start solenoid
Action -

Replace bad solenoid.

(Diagnosis time - 15 minutes / Repair time - 30 minutes).

Part Numbers - ATU-120 - Motor start solenoid
Possible Cause #4 Corroded or loose wire connections.
Action -

Check all wire connections on power unit for corrosion or looseness. Replace defective terminals with 'heat shrink' factory type terminals. Check main power cable from batteries, to circuit breakers, to cut off switch, to power unit.

(Diagnosis time - 15 minutes / Repair time - 1/2 hr.).
