Check all connectors and connections for worn or loose parts, replace any worn terminals with 'heat shrink' factory terminals. (Reset circuit breaker).

Inline fuse blown. |
| Action - |
Replace blown fuse with ATO or ATC fuse (10 Amp)

Bad opening valve coil. |
| Action - |
Remove coil from cartridge and test magnetism of inside of coil with metal object (i.e. screwdriver) while energizing "down" control side of switch only.
(Diagnosis time - 15 minutes / Repair time - 30 minutes). |

Clogged or bad opening valve on power unit. |

Remove valve, clean and inspect. If plunger will not move freely, replace.
