Hydraulic oil leaks from cylinder rod end.  

Possible Cause #1 Gland nut on end of cylinder loose.
Action -

Tighten gland nut snugly only. Usually 1/4 to 1/2 is usually enough. DO NOT over-tighten.

(Diagnosis time - 0 / Repair time - 15 minutes).

Part Numbers - N/A
Possible Cause #2 Cylinder rod pitted due to excessive wear or object dropping on rod.
Action -

Replace cylinder.

(Diagnosis time - 10 minutes / Repair time - 1/2 hr.).
